Each child attending camp requires a separate form.

Please submit all forms and update medical information in Amilia before the first day of camp.

Field Trip Permission

This form gives your child permission to be part of all SJCC Summer Camps field trips for Summer 2025. Parents will be made aware of all camp field trips prior to the day of the outing. If you do not want your child to participate in certain outings please do not send your child to camp on that day as there will be no alternative programming.

Camp Scholarship Form

  • Please do not register for camp prior to applying for a scholarship as there are spaces reserved for applicants. 
  • The deadline to apply for a camp scholarship is Wednesday, February 11, 2026. In order to be considered, all completed forms must be submitted by this date. 
  • Scholarship Applications must include the most recent Revenue Canada Notice of Assessment for both parents.
  • Scholarship applicants are not guaranteed a spot in Summer Camp until a mutual agreement of camp fees is reached.
  • Scholarships will be awarded on a first-come first-served basis.

Improving Our Centre: Temporary Closures April 4–12

April 4–12: Library & 2nd Floor Closed

The Greenberg Families Library will be closed, and there will be no access to the second floor during this time due to renovations. Classes normally held on the second floor will be relocated. Please check with the Front Desk for details.
