Weight Training for Women

For those who prefer to exercise with a Certified Personal Trainer in the company of other women.

Krav Maga

Krav Maga is an easy to learn self-defense system that teaches people to protect themselves in extreme and dangerous situations. Learn the skills necessary to protect yourself against attacks, without weapons, while getting an amazing workout. Take control of your personal safety.

*Please note: On Sunday February 3, 2019, the 10:00 am – 12:00 pm  Krav Maga class will be offered from 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm, due to Mitzvah Day.

Specialty Yoga

NEW! Senior Chair Yoga

Helps with stiff and aching joints, balance, posture and alignment. Includes 30 minutes of seated yoga poses that strengthen the body from head to toe and 30 minutes standing, using the chair and other props for stability and support. Final relaxation is in the chair. (see group fitness schedule)

NEW! Post Natal Yoga, Mom & Baby

An informal baby-friendly (pre-walking) class designed to support new moms in healing, connecting and rebuilding function and confidence in the body. Build strength, function and reflexes in the core, reduce stress on the postpartum body and stretch stiff, sore muscles. Suitable for women at least 8 weeks post-birth with or without your baby.

Restorative Gentle Yoga

Let go of everyday tension and stress in a nurturing, inclusive environment. Increase balance, strength, stamina, flexibility and vitality. Modifications for individual body types and physical limitations make this an excellent class for beginners. Alternative postures are offered for experienced participants or those who want a greater challenge. Emphasis on breath-work and mindfulness leaves everyone feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. Maximum 8 participants
