Specialty Yoga

NEW! Senior Chair Yoga

Helps with stiff and aching joints, balance, posture and alignment. Includes 30 minutes of seated yoga poses that strengthen the body from head to toe and 25 minutes standing, using the chair and other props for stability and support. Final relaxation is in the chair. (see group fitness schedule)

Restorative Gentle Yoga

Let go of everyday tension and stress in a nurturing, inclusive environment. Increase balance, strength, stamina, flexibility and vitality. Modifications for individual body types and physical limitations make this an excellent class for beginners. Alternative postures are offered for experienced participants or those who want a greater challenge. Emphasis on breath-work and mindfulness leaves everyone feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. Maximum 8 participants

New! Broadway Workout 

Join the 4-week Broadway Workout November Showcase Class

Tuesdays 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm
November 5 – 26 (4 weeks)
$45 for members • $65 for non-members

Our showcase number is “Cell Block Tango” from Chicago! Broadway Workout is the perfect combination of physical and mental exercise. We work our butts off to learn a whole dance in one-hour. It’s never perfect – and isn’t meant to be. If you’re having fun then you’re doing it right.

The Showcase class is like a regular class but a little more like a traditional dance class because we focus on one song for 4 weeks. The November Showcase Class is your chance to build on your skills each week and get ready for your Broadway debut. This class will still be 100% beginner-friendly.

About Broadway Workout: 5-6-7-8! Broadway Workout is a new dance-based fitness class for musical theater enthusiasts of any skill level. Learning choreography is great for mental and physical agility and is a ton of fun. Work on your choreography skills while working up a sweat to a popular Broadway song. Everyone welcome. No experience necessary.
