Broadway Workout

5-6-7-8! Broadway Workout is a dance-based fitness class for musical theater enthusiasts of any skill level. Learning choreography is great for mental and physical agility and is a ton of fun. At Broadway Workout you will work up a sweat while learning original choreography to a popular Broadway song. It’s a totally fun and unique way to workout. Beginners welcome. Restorative Gentle Yoga

Let go of everyday tension and stress in a nurturing, inclusive environment.  Increase balance, strength, stamina, flexibility and vitality.  Modifications for individual body types and physical limitations make this an excellent class for beginners.  Alternative postures are offered for experienced participants or those who want a greater challenge.  Emphasis on breath-work and mindfulness leaves everyone feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. Chair Yoga

Helps with stiff and aching joints, balance, posture and alignment.  Includes 30 minutes of seated yoga poses that strengthen the body and 30 minutes standing, using the chair and other props for stability and support.
