Krav Maga translated means contact combat, my mission as an instructor is to give you the tools to survive a confrontation against both armed and unarmed attackers, although we take all measures to be safe. There is elements of body contact in this course and bruising of the forearms is not uncommon. We will train you in a realistic but safe way to prepare you for self defence. Forearm protection is optional/groin protection is mandatory. Free for Police or Peace Officers, active member of the Canadian Armed Forces and IDF. Proof of credentials required at time of registration.

Restorative Gentle Yoga
Let go of everyday tension and stress in a nurturing, inclusive environment. Increase balance, strength, stamina, flexibility and vitality. Modifications for individual body types and physical limitations make this an excellent class for beginners. Alternative postures are offered for experienced participants or those who want a greater challenge. Emphasis on breath-work and mindfulness leaves everyone feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. Maximum 8 participants.
