Be a camp role model! Our CIT (Counselor-in-Training) program empower teens by giving them new responsibilities, exciting challenges, and plenty of adventures! Teens work closely with younger campers, take part in team-building activities, and learn what it takes to be a true leader. Our goal is to provide real-life leadership development, where CITs grow through hands-on experiences and become role models for the younger campers. Along the way, there will be plenty of fun, friendships, and the chance to enjoy all the awesome perks of camp! CITs will alternate between spending time with their own group and joining in with younger campers. The perfect opportunity to build leadership skills, make new friends, and have a big impact at camp!
