Experience a gentle and fun introduction to parent and baby yoga in this demo session. You’ll meet other new parents while exploring light core work, stretching, and mobility, with the option to hold your baby during poses or incorporate them as a playful “weight.” Please bring a blanket for your baby.
12:00 PM Pickleball Tournament (Register)
