When Katharine and her partner moved from Calgary 11 years ago so that they could care for aging parents, she left her job, her gym, and a community of friends behind.
In Ottawa, she found what she was looking for at the Soloway JCC and has since become a vital part of the rhythm of our centre. From the wide range of classes to the positive energy and encouragement she receives from every instructor, the SJCC is an integral part of her life in Ottawa. Most importantly, she feels a deep connection to the people and culture within.
