Introduction to Weights and Fitness

Age 12-15

Learn how to safely use the Fitness Centre equipment. Teens who complete this course gain full access to the Fitness Centre. Choose from any one of the following two day sessions.

Sundays, 11:30 am – 12:30 pm

Fall: October 14 & 21, November 4 & 11, November 25 & December 2
Winter: January 13 & 20, February 3 & 10, February 24 & March 3

Also available after school Tuesdays.
