Specialty Youth and Teen Programs

Introduction to Weights and Fitness

Age 12 – 15

Learn how to safely use the Fitness Centre equipment. Teens who complete this course gain full access to the Fitness Centre. Choose from any one of the following two-day sessions.

Sundays, 11:30 am – 12:30 pm Tuesdays, 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm

Winter:

  • January 12 & 19
  • February 2 & 9
  • February 23 & March 1

Spring:

  • April 19 and 26
  • May 17 and 24
  • June 7 and 14

Winter:

  • January 14 & 21
  • February 4 & 11
  • February 25 & March 3

Spring:

  • April 21 and 28
  • May 12 and 19
  • June 2 and 9

Teen Bootcamp – Small Personal Group Training

Age 13-15 (Maximum 8 participants)
Increase your strength and cardio with this total-body boot camp workout led by a Certified Personal Trainer.

4:15 pm – 5:00 pm

Winter: January 14 – March 10
$79 SJCC Members • $108 Non Members
No class: February 18

Spring: April 21-June 16
