Introduction to Weights and Fitness

Age 12-15
Learn how to safely use the Fitness Centre equipment. Teens who complete this course gain full access to the Fitness Centre. Choose from any one of the following two day sessions:

Sunday 11:30 am–12:30 pm 

Spring:

  • April 8 & 15
  • May 6 & 13
  • June 3 & 10

Tuesday 5:30–6:30 pm

Spring:

  • April 10 & 17
  • May 1 & 8
  • June 5 & 12
