Introduction to Weights and Fitness age 12-15

Learn how to safely use the Fitness Centre equipment.  Teens who complete this course gain full access to the Fitness Centre.

Choose from any one of the following two-day sessions:

Sunday 11:30 am – 12:30 pm

  • September 12 & 19
  • October 10 & 17
  • November 7 & 14
  • December 12 & 19

(maximum 8 participants)

Increase your strength and cardio with this total-body boot camp workout led by a Certified Fitness Trainer.
