Parent and Child Programs

Enjoy a class with your child. Whether you’re clapping along with Monkey Rock or blowing bubbles in the SJCC salt water pool, parent and child programs offer special opportunities for fun and bonding with your little ones.

Registration for these programs is through the SJCC unless otherwise indicated. Classes require a minimum of 4 participants in order to run so help spread the word.

Shabbat Shalom

Join us for a fun Friday morning Shabbat celebration and playgroup in the kid friendly SJCC space. Parents and children meet new friends and enjoy Shabbat in both English and Hebrew, sing and taste delicious challah.

Perfect for kids 4 and under. Open to all Jewish and Interfaith Families.

Family Life Centre Parent & Tot Swim

3–15 months

This fun program structures in water interaction between parent and child. The emphasis is to reinforce the importance of play in developing a water-positive attitude and skills.

Monkey Rock Music

Does your child rock? Then Monkey Rock Music is a must! During this 40-minute musical experience, you and your child will explore music and movement in a stimulating and fun atmosphere. Your child will develop a love of creating and experiencing music that will last a lifetime.
