Junior Karate

Grade 1 – 3
4:15 pm – 5:15 pm

Learn high-quality martial arts with experienced instructors. Fun-filled activities that develop general physical literacy, promote well-rounded athleticism, as well as personal safety and bully proofing skills. Discipline, respect, gratitude, and the pursuit of excellence are a part of the martial arts teaching; karate lessons focus on the physical and promote an overall lifestyle of health and integrity.  Gi’s must be worn to class and are available to purchase through 6 Tigers Academy.  Please note some classes may be offered online due to Covid-19.

October 7– June 16 (31 weeks)

Yoga for Kids

Grade 3 – 7

Participants move and strengthen their bodies and minds while learning to accept similarities and differences with others.

Winter: February 3 – April 28 (10 weeks)
No Class:  February 17 (OJCS February Break) and March 17 & 31 (OCDSB March Break)

Youth Bootcamp

Increase your strength and cardio with this total body boot camp workout led by a Certified Personal Trainer.
