Karate is a way of life. Students learn physical skills as well as self-discipline, self-motivation, respect and the importance of giving back to the community. Combines top-notch martial arts training with reaching new heights of physical fitness and promoting excellence in all areas of life. Assertiveness and personal safety skills are incorporated into the class full of kicks and kiais. Gi’s must be worn to class and are available to order and purchase through 6 Tigers Academy after the first class.

Introduction to Weights and Fitness

Learn how to safely use the Fitness Centre equipment. Teens who complete this course gain full access to the Fitness Centre. Choose from any one of the following two-day sessions.
