Senior Karate

Grade 4–8
4:15 pm–5:15 pm

Karate is a way of life. Students learn physical skills as well as self-discipline, self-motivation, respect and the importance of giving back to the community. Combines top-notch martial arts training with reaching new heights of physical fitness and promoting excellence in all areas of life. Assertiveness and personal safety skills are incorporated into the class full of kicks and kiais.

Kinder-One Yoga

Helps develop a positive mind/body relationship while developing strength and creativity. Benefits include, increased concentration and learning simple ways to self soothe and calm.

Introduction to Weights and Fitness

Age 12-15
5:30 pm–6:30 pm

Learn how to safely use the Fitness Centre equipment. Teens who complete this course gain full access to the Fitness Centre. Choose from any one of the following two day sessions.
