9:15 am-10:15 am: Broadway Dance workout Summer Nights’ from Grease

5-6-7-8! Broadway Workout is a new dance-based fitness class for musical theater enthusiasts of any skill level. Learning choreography is great for mental and physical agility and is a ton of fun. Work on your choreography skills while working up a sweat to a popular Broadway song. Everyone welcome. No experience necessary. Visit BroadwayWorkout.ca

10:30 am -11:15 am: Ballet Barre Fit

Combines ballet barre exercises with flexibility, core conditioning, muscular endurance and mat work to develop a toned physique. No dance experience required.

11:30-12:30pm: Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is described as the yoga of surrender.
Practitioners hold postures for up to 5 minutes, using their mindful breathing techniques to relax their bodies as much as possible and surrender to gravity. Because of the length of time the postures are held, yin yoga accesses deep tissues in the body in a way which other styles do not. Please dress warmly for this class as there will be very little movement.
