This 60 min class is specifically design for the beginner. Learn the bike set up, hand position, riding position, breathing techniques, cadence and usage of resistance. This class is designed into 2 segments, 30 min. learning the different techniques and a 30 min ride experiencing all the different aspect of Indoor Cycling.
