Krav Maga

Krav Maga is an easy to learn self defense system that teaches people to protect themselves in extreme and dangerous situations. Learn the skills necessary to protect yourself against all kinds of attacks, without weapons, while getting an amazing workout. Take control of your personal safety and learn Krav Maga. Free for Police or Peace Officers, active member of the Canadian Armed Forces and IDF. Proof of credentials required at time of registration.

Specialty Yoga

Restorative Gentle Yoga

Let go of everyday tension and stress in a nurturing, inclusive environment.  Increase balance, strength, stamina, flexibility and vitality. Modifications for individual body types and physical limitations make this an excellent class for beginners. Alternative postures are offered for experienced participants or those who want a greater challenge. Emphasis on breath-work and mindfulness leaves everyone feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. Maximum 8 participants.
