The best of both shallow and deep water aquafit. Aquawaves focuses on cardiovascular endurance with full body toning and an aqua stretch segment for relaxation. Aqua belts are provided for flotation.

POST STROKE AQUAFIT
Specifically designed for
participants recovering from strokes, this class
features exercises that help with co-ordination,
balance and muscular use. In addition to increasing overall functional ability this class gives stroke
survivors an opportunity to meet and share experiences with others in the same situation. Participants are encouraged to bring an assistant.

Re-energize yourself after a long day with the de-stressing powers of exercise in the water.

AQUAARTHRITIS
Aquafit to aid in the relief of joint discomfort due to arthritis. A gentle program for both shallow and deep participation. The program focuses on range of motion, flexibility with a mild cardiovascular component as well.

MOVEMENT IMPROVEMENT
Aquafit with a focus on the needs of those with neural muscular problems (Cerebral Palsey, MS, Parkinsons). The emphasis in this class is on developing a stronger abdominal core and lower extremity muscles. Participants requiring assistance are welcome to bring a caregiver.

Designed to provide a zero impact cross training option for runners, this cardiovascular and muscle specific workout challenges all participants from beginners to athletes. Water Running is recommended for those with hip, knee and ankle injuries as well as those looking for a workout that will promote recovery.
